New Orleans Creole Cookery was founded by AJ and Anna Tusa with a mission to introduce authentic creole food with a spark of new-generation energy. We pride ourselves in presenting some of New Orleans’ most treasured cooking traditions through innovation that fits with our new way of dining today.
Our vision is to deliver authentic Creole flavors with great service in an enchanting atmosphere in the French Quarter. Our commitment to high quality recipes has become a drawing point for locals who seek great food in a fun restaurant. With a list of Creole seafood, Louisianan traditional dishes such as jambalaya, shrimp creole, crawfish etouffee, oysters, blackened redfish, and more, we aim to bring the sophisticated flavors of Louisiana to the world.
Our founding team’s knowledge and vast experience in operations helped us develop a business model that is simple to operate, requiring limited staff who are highly trained. We are now looking for team members to join our growing franchise because we believe that you haven’t experienced New Orleans until you’ve been to New Orleans Creole Cookery!
